  • Access begins upon payment confirmation

  • Lifetime access applies only to the features available at the time of purchase

  • We may add, update, or remove features as the Services evolve

  • If the lifetime plan is discontinued, existing lifetime users will retain access to the features included at their purchase time

  • Pricing and features may change without prior notice

Lifetime access is valid for the operational lifetime of the Input Matters service. If the service is discontinued, merged into another product, or permanently replaced, lifetime access will end.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel access if fraud or misuse is detected.

4. Payments (Manual QR Payment)

Payments are processed manually via QR code transfer.

By completing a payment:

  • You acknowledge that we do not collect, store, or process credit card or bank account information

  • All financial transactions are handled by your own banking or payment provider

  • We may record basic payment confirmation details (name, email, plan, payment date)

  • Payments are final once confirmed

  • Refunds may be provided only in cases such as duplicate transactions or technical errors

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, features, and materials provided through Input Matters - including lessons, exercises, AI-generated content, text, graphics, layout, and branding - are owned by Input Matters or licensed for our use.

You may not, without written permission:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute full lessons or large portions of content

  • Create derivative products or learning tools using our content

  • Use the Services or materials for commercial or competitive purposes

  • Reverse-engineer, reuse, or republish substantial content

You may share reasonable excerpts (e.g., screenshots or short portions) solely for non-commercial purposes such as recommending Input Matters, provided attribution is clear and the material is not misrepresented.

6. No Guarantees or Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:

  • That the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • That specific learning outcomes or results will be achieved

  • That all content will always remain available

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Services.
